Pepsico Renews Lease in Valhalla
Westchester-based PepsiCo has renewed its 75,000 square foot lease for a new ten year term at its Valhalla offices. PepsiCo has been based at 100 Summit Lake Drive in Valhalla for more than ten years and is the building's anchor tenant.
The PepsiCo renewal follows on the heels of a majore 52,366 square foot transaction for ConEdison Solutions' headquarters, which closed last year at 100 Summit Lake Drive.
John Barnes, Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Reckson, a division of SL Green Realty Corp., said "We are delighted to retain such a prestigious corporate leader," adding, "The transaction is a testament not only to the high quality of our buildings, but also underscore the strength of the long-standing relationship Reckson and SL Green has forged with PepsiCo.
