She didn't quite win a million bucks, but Rye Councilwoman Catherine Parker's wallet just got a bit fatter thanks to her cash-winning performance on the national game show "Who Wants to be a Millionaire."

Parker had a chance to play for $100,000, but walked away after telling show host Meredith Viera that she didn't know the answer to the 100-thousand dollar question. The question was: Which athlete has more Olympic medals than American swimmer Michael Phelps. That answer, by the way, is Soviet gymnast Larisa Latynina.
