Westchester is once again gearing up for more messy winter weather.

The National Weather Service has posted a Winter Storm Watch from Tuesday morning through Wednesday evening. 

Forecasters say snow is expected to move in either overnight or tomorrow morning. 

Snow, heavy at times tomorrow. with 2-4 inches of snow possible. 

Precipitation is expected to change over to snow, sleet and freezing rain Tuesday night into Wednesday with significant icing predicted.

Travel is expected to be affected and officials warn that ice accumulations could potentially knock down trees and power lines.
