Judge Considering Bail for Suspected Newburgh Terrorists

A Federal Judge is expected to decide by week's end whether four men from Newburgh charged in an elaborate terror plot, will be allowed to go free on bail. Lawyers for the men Monday petitioned for bail in Federal Court in White Plains , saying their clients are "good people" with "strong ties to the Hudson Valley. Prosecutors insist the so-called "Newburgh Four" are dangerous terrorists and pose a flight risk.
