Peekskill Celebrates Black History Month

Mel Bolden, Jr. The City of Peekskill last night celebrated Black History Month by honoring two of its outstanding residents. The honorees included 94 year old Jessie Bolden, a pioneer in Peekskill civic and community service for 45 years.
